Avoid! Landlord is forcing me to pay to repair the washing machine I've only used 3 times. He's got a quote for £380! He wont give me permission to get an appliance engineer in yo diagnose the problem. It's at least 6 years old and his insurance company wont pay for the repair. He's been sending me antagonistic harassing emails, nearly 60 emails in 2.5 weeks. Horrible nasty landlord.
He locked my cats indoors and moved the litter box into the garden. Then he complains about the cats pooping on his sofa. He doesnt have common sense and is a bully.
He doesnt put your deposit into a protection scheme because he knows its not legally required when you're a lodger. I think ill have to take him to court to get my deposit back.
